DVAEMS Employee, Inc. is a non-profit corporation founded for the employees of DVA Ambulance, Inc., another non-profit Michigan corporation. The employees of DVA Ambulance are Pre-Hospital Healthcare Professionals, who provide a necessary community service. One in which requires the highest standards and dedication: Emergency Medical Services.

DVAEMS Employee, Inc was formed to benefit the employees of DVA Ambulance and their local communities. Those benefits include a source of funding for recreational activities, that otherwise wouldnt be possible without the support of fund raising efforts. In addition to recreational and fund raising events, DVAEMS Employee, Inc will also donate to other non-profit charity groups who show the same high standards and dedication to their communities as well.

In addition to helping the employees of DVA Ambulance, the incorporators believe in their commitment to helping and promoting their communities, therefore DVAEMS Employee, Inc. also donates to other non-profit organizations who share the philosophy of helping others. Please see our by-laws for donation requests. Activities are governed by a Board of Directors compromised solely of current employees of DVA Ambulance.
