We are a non profit corporation founded for the employees of various EMS organizations. Our members are Emergency Medical Healthcare Professionals and our corporation was formed on the principles of continuing to help others in need. This includes our members, but also includes other non-profit corporations and the public.

We were formed to benefit our members and their communities. Our purpose is to support and provide a resource for our members and their communities and we believe in the commitment of helping others.
