DVAEMS Employee, Inc. is a non-profit Michigan corporation formed to support the employees of DVA Ambulance, Inc. Activities are governed by a Board of Directors compromised solely of current employees of DVA Ambulance.

The corporation was formed by three employees of DVA Ambulance who saw a need for an organization to help support the recreational and charitable needs of the employees. The corporation is funded exclusively on donations and fundraising efforts.

In addition to helping the employees of DVA Ambulance, the incorporators believe in their commitment to helping and promoting their communities, therefore DVAEMS Employee, Inc. also donates to other non-profit organizations who share the philosophy of helping others.
